Advisory Board Purpose

“Open Health Niverville Advisory Board’s primary focus is to provide community input and insight to the clinic. The board also provides advice to Town Council in relation to the strategic future direction of the clinic, as well as bringing forward new ideas for ways to re-invest into primary care and wellness.

The advisory board is made up of two co-chairs and 6 members, all who are community representatives who come from different walks of life and backgrounds, providing a valued, diverse perspective to the clinic.”

Sandra Hall

Advisory Board Co-Chair

Meet Sandra Hall, one of our Advisory Board co-chairs! While retired, Sandra has 36 years under her belt working with Ducks Unlimited Canada in various roles, including their not-for-profit division. Sandra has been a resident of the Niverville area for close to 40 years.

Chantelle D’Andreamatteo

Meet Chantelle D’Andreamatteo, one of two of our Advisory Board co-chair! Chantelle spends her days as a Primary Care Manager for Southern Health-Santè Sud. Chantelle has an extensive background in sitting on various boards across the health care field.

Andrew Neufeld

Advisory Board Member

Meet Andrew Neufeld, one of our Advisory Board members! A longtime resident of Niverville, Andrew is the owner and a physiotherapist at Niverville Physiotherapy and has a long list of current and past community involvement under his belt. He is currently also serving on the board of the Niverville Foundation.

Ron Parent

Advisory Board Member

Meet Ron Parent, one of the Open Health Niverville Advisory Board members! Ron has an extensive background in HR/LR operations in multiple for-profit and non-profit organizations. On top of his position on the advisory board, he is also the Vice-President of Parent Relations for the St. Vital Minor Hockey Association and the Executive Director of the Niverville Heritage Centre.

Ron Rochon

Advisory Board Member

Meet Ron Rochon, one of Open Health Niverville’s Advisory Board Members. Ron is currently retired, but has worked his entire career as a business development manager for various companies. Ron has also served as the President of St. Adolphe Minor Hockey, as well as the President of the Ritchot Centennial Hockey League.

Susan Shaver

Advisory Board Member

Meet Susan Shaver, one of Open Health Niverville’s Advisory Board Members. Susan brings with her professional experience as an advanced care paramedic, and currently teaches at RRC Polytech.
