About Open Health Niverville
In 2005, Doctors Chris and Mairi Burnett started Niverville Medical Clinic when they first moved to the community. In 2017, the clinic became Open Health Niverville (OHN) and moved into its current location, working in collaboration with staff employed by Southern Health-Santé Sud. As of February 2026, Open Health consists of 15 physicians and seven front desk staff members who are proudly serving the patients of Open Health.








OPEN HEALTH NIVERVILLE EXPANSION OPEN FOR BUSINESS
On Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, the Town of Niverville and Open Health Niverville were excited to host a ribbon-cutting for Open Health’s new expansion, officially declaring it open for business. This expansion has raised the number of exam rooms to 15, including a minor procedures room.
“As Niverville continues to experience record growth, there is an increasing number of people looking for healthcare in their local community,” said Niverville Health Care Services Inc. President and Deputy Mayor Nathan Dueck. “Adding these extra rooms, including a minor procedures room, will allow Open Health to meet that need.”
